If you’ve seen House Hunters on Home and Garden Television, then you have probably seen featured Realtor, Stephanie Younger.   Born and raised in the Westchester/LAX metro area, Stephanie is a proud agent of the Westchester/Playa Vista Office of Coldwell Banker. Stephanie has been recently acknowledged for Outstanding Achievement by Coldwell Banker – she has been distinguished as a member of the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite and has been named one of the Top 5 Agents in the Coldwell Banker Westchester/Playa Vista Office.

An alumna of Loyola Marymount University – where she serves on the Alumni Board of Directors – Stephanie also studied at the Boston University Archaeological Field School in Nikopolis, Greece and the Classical Studies Program at the University of Kent in Canterbury, England.  As a native Los Angelino, however, she knows the city, the schools, the people, and the potential for buying and selling homes in the area.

Stephanie’s experience obviously reveals her enjoyment of traveling, planning, and making people feel welcome.  She also skis, practices yoga, and takes pleasure in gardening and home decorating.  She currently lives in Westchester with her husband Kelly, an English Professor at LMU, and their son, Aidan.

Theresa Lehr is a highly energetic and dedicated agent of Coldwell Banker, Westchester/Playa Vista. As a buyer’s specialist, she strives to help people find the home of their dreams and carefully guide them through the process.

Theresa is an alumna of Loyola Marymount University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies.  She spent several years in the entertainment industry working in production on television shows such as “Reba” and “Two Guys and A Girl.”  Prior to that, Theresa worked with several top television writers developing new shows for various networks.

A native of Southern California, Theresa has lived on the Westside of Los Angeles for the last 15 years, giving her the highest level of knowledge of Westchester and the surrounding areas.  She is actively involved in the neighborhood of Westchester, where she has lived for the last 5 years with her husband – a television writer – and their two children.
