    Voots Please

Did you know that studies show only seven percent of American children are getting their daily-recommended allowances of fruits and vegetables? Kid tested and two thumbs up in our home on this sample: Voots is a supplement that provides a full day’s serving of fruits and vegetables in two candy-like tarts. The dentists says to avoid the gummy vitamins and the kids don't always like the chalky ones but these are a nice replacement. The founder of the company is passionate about getting our kids healthy. We posted some of his great tips, click here. To find out how to get your hands on these unique vitamins, visit: EatYourVoots.com

What could 2 gummy bears a day possibly do to a childs teeth? Are you nutz??

And if it is so the case, then dont give your child an apple or banana either.

Comparing an apple and banana to a gummy seems "nutz" to me. According to our dentist, the sugar in the gummy sticks to the teeth and sits there causing decay. There are healthier versions of gummy candies and vitamins, I am sure (and we follow the everything in moderation rule) but our review was simply to report our findings of this product test.
